1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory from the moment you open the package, clearly showing the condition of the product. Without an unboxing video, returns/refunds will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products bought on sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Share the mandatory unboxing video and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues (if the product is available in stock).

  • Customer must bear the shipping charges for the exchange, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will only be processed if an unboxing video is provided as proof at the time of opening the package.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • For secure delivery, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

7. International Orders

For international purchases, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes.
